I don't know why, but nothing about Toronto amazes me. Even these super expensive condos. Maybe it's because I've been there a million times, but I think it's because I simply don't like Torontos architecture and building materials. Everything is sort of stark and Grey looking. They also don't plant enough trees in Toronto

Is it a nice condo yes definitely but how long you will have that view for before another building comes along is questionable and condo builders would never tell you there’s something planned in the future that will block your view

It's a stunning property, it's very contemporary in it's layout though it tries to apply it classically... the classification of "Hall" was very appropriate. Unfortunately the furnishing considering that this was still built in 2006, is way below the vogue this house should have for the asking price. I place like this, I had 10+ years in the home improvement industry, when grappling with property dynamics - the trend isn't always your friend. Myself, I would do a dark theme throughout this whole house... call it steampunk meets wabi-sabi, in real money, you're looking at close to $4 million Canadian to update this house, to better substantiate the asking price. Because $60 million, though lovely in its own right, is over the top for its current decor - the place looks like a tech granny owns it.

What a staggeringly beautiful home. I could probably live comfortably for the rest of my life just off of the monthly bills they pay just to live in this home. I do love dreaming on someone else’s dollar however!!!!!!

MY dream house

Loved the set up of the home, the style, however cannot stand that everything is white or some type of shaded white. Does not have to be bright pink or yellow, or blue, however needs more colour in the walls/styling.

This area of Toronto is beautiful, with lush greenery along a winding road. The homes are unsurprisingly expensive -- & lovely.
